Currently everything is shipped via USPS first class w/tracking info. We only ship within the US, but hope to offer international shipments soon. You will first receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. You will then receive an email when your order ships which will include tracking information.
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us right away at email@example.com. We'll advise you on where to send the merchandise to receive an exchange.
